The Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Department is an independent structural unit of the State Library of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan. The department is engaged in providing subscribers with publications for temporary use on the basis of mutual use of the common library fund of Turkmenista.
The main task of the ILL department is to serve readers. The staff of the department strives to meet the needs of readers visiting the department. In order to serve readers, the department maintains harmonious relations with libraries, institutions, enterprises and organizations of various fields and sectors, and carries out its work in accordance with traditional directions.
The work of the division of personal and intercity subscriptions is carried out by these subscriptions:
• city subscription;
• out-of-town subscription;
• private subscription;
• subscription for employees of the State Cultural Center.
