• Department of Cultural Public Affairs is an independent department of the State Library of the State Culture Center of Turkmenistan;
• Participates in the organization and conduct of all types of cultural public affairs held in the library and mobile ones, through which it provides services to readers, and promotes them;
• Organizes holiday celebrations, literary and creative meeting evenings, book exhibitions, library reviews, interviews, "The Secret of the World Opens with a Book" talk, which is regularly recorded on the "Ashgabat" TV channel.
• Makes regular appearances in the country's mass media;
• Develops guidelines, regulations, and approvals that determine the productivity of the department's employees in the course of their production work;
